Kerox Cartridge
Top quality kerox ceramic cartridge (tested with 5,00,000 cycles) for lasting functionality. The cartridge's job is to deliver smooth handle operation and water flow, throughout hundreds of thousands of uses, without ever leaking – all while under a punishing 60 pounds-per-square-inch of pressure. For these reasons, it is quite literally what "makes or breaks" the faucet. The faucet body and handle in all Exquisite Collection Faucets are made from the highest grade lead-free brass ensuring long lasting durability.
1.5 GPM
The WaterSense faucet specification sets the maximum flow rate of lavatory faucets and faucet accessories at 1.5 GPM tested at a flowing pressure of 60 pounds per square inch (PSI) (common water pressure in most households). It also includes a minimum flow rate of 0.8 GPM tested at a flowing pressure of 20 PSI to ensure performance across a variety of different household conditions.
