Cancelling Your Order

If you decide to cancel your online order, please get in touch with us at the earliest. If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, we will provide you with a full refund. However, if the goods have already been dispatched and you haven't received them yet, we will refund the cost of the product but not the delivery fee.

Returning Your Online Order

If you wish to return any goods, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be in their original, resalable condition. This includes the original packaging. When returning the goods, you must include the printed purchase details and return them to your nearest RGF Home Décor. Please note that we will refund you the cost of the product, but not the original shipping charges. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranties and Faulty Product

All products sold by RGF Home Décor are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us or the nearest RGF Home Décor store. We will guide you on how to activate the Warranty provided by the Manufacturer. It's important to note that Manufacturers have strict guidelines on claims, and failure to follow the right process may void the Warranty. 

In case you receive defective or faulty products, we are obligated to either repair, replace or give you a refund.

Final Sale:

All sales of floor sample items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items.

Inspection at Purchase:

We encourage customers to inspect floor sample items carefully at the time of purchase to ensure satisfaction with the item's condition and performance.

Time Frame:

Returns or exchanges for floor sample items will not be accepted after the completion of the purchase transaction.

Proof of Purchase:

To initiate any return-related inquiries, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, clearly indicating the floor sample item.

Refund or Exchange:

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for floor sample items as these items are sold in as-is condition and are considered final sale.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees associated with floor sample items as returns are not accepted for these items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that a floor sample item is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item for prompt assistance.
