Yes, you need to have an account to place an order. You can create your account in advance or when you are ready to check out.
By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

Most deliveries will reach their destination 3-7 working days once your order is processed. We will communicate with you via e-mail if we foresee any unexpected delays in our delivery process.
The delivery timeframe might vary depending on the product and shipping address. We are only able to deliver to physical addresses (sorry, no PO Box addresses) within US. All deliveries are tracked and traced so a signature is required when the goods arrive.
It’s important for us to ensure you are happy with your purchase and the delivery of your new product.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your online order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been sent, but you have not received them at the time of cancellation, we will refund you the cost of the product but not the delivery fee.
Returning Your Order
You may return goods within 30 days as long as they are in their original, resalable condition which includes original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the printed purchase details to your nearest RGF Home Decor location. If accepted, we will refund you the cost of the product but not the delivery fee.
Warranties and Faulty Product
All goods sold by RGF Home Decor are covered by the Manufactures Warranty. Please contact us or your nearest RGF Home Decor location if you have a faulty product and we will advise how best to activate the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Most Manufacturers have strict claim guidelines which may void the Warranty if the correct process is not followed.
Where it applies, In the event that goods sold by RGF Home Decor are deficient or are faulty, we have the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
