Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer Low Flat SHIPPING on most orders in the 48 contiguous United States. All exceptions will have a shipping fee listed on the checkout page. Exceptions include but are not limited to:
- Toilets and Tubs ($195 shipping fee per item)
- Vanities up to 24” ($150 shipping fee per item)
- Vanities up to 48” ($195 shipping fee per item)
- Vanities up to 72” ($295 shipping fee per item)
- Interior Doors ($455 for the first door and $40 for each additional door up to 20 doors)
- Exterior Doors $750 to $2,000 (Oversized Items Shipping)
Our doors are shipped via freight ground services, and the shipping carrier insures the shipments. Before making a delivery, someone from a freight company will contact you to schedule a drop-off day and time that is convenient for you. Make sure that there will be someone to accept the product upon delivery. Failure to do so might result in a re-delivery charge for which you will be responsible.
All oversized Items require the preparation of a crate, truck loading, and unloading with a trucking company liftgate.
FREE DELIVERY on online orders over $499 in the five boroughs of the New York City area within 30 miles of Fresh Meadows, Queens.
On orders below $499 is a Flat Rate:
Delivery turnaround time of a placed order is normally within 3-15 business days, and it may vary RGF Home Decor does not hold responsibility for any delayed delivery. We need a valid street address to process the order. If you made a mistake regarding the delivery address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing an order. If the product is sent to the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for any additional delivery and handling charges.
Please note all our free deliveries are curbside, which means your item(s) will be delivered to the curbside, driveway, or near your building. All freight deliveries will require a signature for release.
For any special requests, i.e. Lift gate services, inside delivery, and white glove services are optional, and you must contact us for these services (charges will apply). Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-718-820-8555 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Drivers are not required to assist in removing the product from the truck, but they often assist customers who will reward them with tips. However, for items that are heavy commodities which will require 2-3 people to be present and active in removing the product from the truck. During the unloading of products from the truck, RGF Home Decor Inc, assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage to the product, personal injury to someone(s), or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.
The customer is responsible for inspecting all the elements of the delivered product and indicates any shortage or damage BEFORE signing on the freight company’s paperwork.
If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, they must contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.
If items are missing, you must indicate that on the paperwork and notify us immediately, but DO NOT REFUSE the delivery. We would need pictures and other indications of the missing parts for us to send a replacement.
ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:
RGF Home Decor is responsible for paying the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that RGFHomeDecor.com (RGF Home Decor Inc.) will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
- MERCHANDISE DELIVERED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
- RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND RGFHomeDecor.com (RGF Home Decor Inc.) FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS.
- If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note the following on the delivery receipt: “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT.”
- Then, sign where required.
- We cannot be liable for any replacements if these terms are not followed.
